CHECK IN: rooms are available from 3.00 p.m.
CHECK OUT: within 11.00 a.m.
MINIMUM STAY: during weekend and high occupancy periods we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.  During peak season trades or exhibitions, the required minimum stay is of 3 nights.
RATE INCLUDES: All Taxes (VAT at 10%) – Air conditioning – Satellite colour TV – a safe in the room – the use of internet point – Wi-Fi connection in the lobby
RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Outdoor parking place (only upon request) – Mini bar in the room (only upon request) – Various uses (bar – telephone) and anything not specifically expressed under the word “the rate includes”.
CANCELLATION POLICY
From reservation to 8 days before arrival: no charge
From 7 days before expected arrival, to arrival date: one night of charge on the credit card
No-shows: one night of charge on the credit card
Please be kindly advised that, shall a no-show occur, reserved room/s will be at guest’s fully disposal ONLY until 11.00a.m. of the day after expected arrival date.
